She began studying many different wellness modalities more than 25 years ago, including the use of food and herbs as medicine, reiki, meditation, NLP, EFT, spiritual practices, and more. Eventually she earned a Master of Public Health degree and certifications in Nutritional Counseling, Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy.

Altogether, she has more than 18 years of business and leadership experience in the area of Public Health, including management of nonprofit health clinics, business development, community outreach and education, mentorship, and teaching.

Why you are not healing from autoimmune disease

You are doing the “right” diet, taking all the supplements, seeing various doctors/practitioners, doing your research, and so on.  You are checking off the boxes on the healing to-do list.

BUT…You still feel like crap.  You are not getting better.  Your symptoms persist.

Maybe you are missing the magic supplement? or just need to do one more test?  or maybe the next practitioner holds the key?

If you’re like I used to be, you have likely been struggling with food cravings forever. And, also like me, you’ve likely tried a number of diets and strategies that haven’t worked long term. I know how frustrating this can be, and how defeating it feels to try to “be good” all the time. Because it never works, right? You do well for a while, avoiding all those foods you love.  Then you end up giving in and devouring a whole bag of candy or chips.  Then it all goes out the window…
